How much do you charge to mow my yard?
Every yard is different and depends on size, amount of trimming, terrain, where you are located and what day of the week you would like to be serviced. I'd be happy to take a look at your lawn and let you know what full service mowing will cost. As always there is no cost or obligation for an estimate.

How often do you mow?
Weekly as needed. Your property is a valuable asset that you take pride in and your lawn's appearance and health are important to maintain. I will determine when your lawn is ready to be serviced and will let you know if I believe that it does not need to be mowed at that time. It is your lawn and if you determine that it should be cut I will discuss it with you and express my concerns as to why it may be beneficial to pass.

Are you insured?
Yes. I wouldn't ask any of my clients to assume the liability if I accidently knocked out a car window (or caused some other type of damage) while I was servicing their property. If I wasn't insured then the property owner would be assuming the liability every time I was working at their request; this is a serious matter.

Is it OK if my pets or children are outside while you are working?
No, I am sorry, but I couldn't stand it if I was responsible for injuring one of your loved ones. I have to ask that all children and pets be occupied with something else inside the house or at a different location while I am working. Safety first.

Do you have a referral program?
Yes, when you tell your friends, family and neighbors about Chambers' Lawncare you can benefit. When they sign up, mention you, and pay for their 5th full service mowing, you will get that weeks full service mowing (equal in value to your referral) for FREE. I appreciate when you tell your friends what you think of my work. Just ask for a business card and write your name on the back so they can give it to me when they sign up with Chambers' Lawncare.

What happens when there is a problem?
I make mistakes. Sometimes people misunderstand each other. When you let me know there is a problem I will do everything I can to make it right. It's not "if" something might go wrong, it's how things are handled, how quickly they're handled, the attitude that is expressed and the customers ultimate satisfaction. I realize if you are not happy you will not want me to take care of your lawn. Courteous service Beautiful results - It means something.

Do you accept ice water and lemonade while working?
Sure, but its not necessary. Seriously, I look forward to talking with all of my clients, this is always a great chance to get feedback on my service and suggestions to make things better. Plus I really do like lemonade!
